My stay at the resort turned out to be quite frustrating due to several issues, including poor customer service and uncomfortable accommodations. The location is beautiful and offers a peaceful retreat, but the management's lack of support and the condition of the units really tarnished the experience. While there were some appealing aspects, like the spaciousness of our unit, overall the comfort and amenities left much to be desired.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this resort! The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and hot tub areas which were both heated and very relaxing. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly service, making us feel right at home. However, I would recommend getting the Preferred Membership Card for better value if you're planning on using the Horseshoe Club Amenities, as it offers significant savings. Overall, it’s a perfect destination for families looking for a fun and restful getaway.
